Zucchini Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ( I used ¾ mini)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. ( I used 1 loaf pan and 2 mini loaf pans)
Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil. Blend in the grated zucchini, and then the sour cream. Mix in the flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon. Stir in chocolate. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake for 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

*NOTES - Next time I will only add 1 cup Splenda and 1 cup Sugar, substitute applesauce for oil, and use only all purpose flour
